Absolutely delicious

This is a review for the 3 pack of Moon Cheese Space Spice gluten-free low carb Keto cheese snacks. I'm very familiar with Moon Cheese products as I've enjoyed many varieties before, and this snack doesn't disappoint. When I am eating low carb, it's a challenge to find any kind of cheese puff snack that actually tastes good. These are small crunchy pieces of cheese "puff" that have a pizza flavoring - so more garlic and basil than anything else. I buy other flavors of this brand at one of my local grocery stores, but I typically buy them when they are on sale. That's is my only reason for the 1 star deduction, this is a very pricey product at just under $5 a pouch when you don't get a heck of a lot of bites in the pouch. So overall - this is a nice treat if you are doing the low carb thing, but I would only get these if a discount is offered from the current listing price of just under $15 for 3 pouches.

Tried the Moon Cheese Space Spice "Out of This World Pizza" flavor and it’s definitely a unique snack. The texture is super crunchy, like little cheese croutons, and it’s satisfying if you're craving something salty with a bit of protein. The pizza flavor leans heavy on the seasoning—there’s definitely a strong spice blend going on, almost like a pizza-flavored chip but with more punch.They’re made entirely from real cheese, which is great if you're avoiding carbs or sticking to a keto diet. I like that there’s no sugar and that they're gluten-free, making them easy to snack on without overthinking ingredients. Each bag is 2 oz, and even though it looks small, it's filling because of the high protein content.I brought a bag to work and it held up well as an afternoon snack. The flavor might be a little strong for some people, but I liked it. It’s different from other cheese snacks I’ve tried. Overall, it’s crunchy, flavorful, and a good option if you’re looking for something low carb but still fun to eat.

I like all baked solid cheese snacks I've ever tried, these are no exception. I've had moon cheese before, they all have a distinct taste. I am not sure if they are more like freeze dried cheese curds rather than the baked until drained of fats and crispy like some of the chip ones.Either way, these particular pizza ones were new to me, so I had to try them.I have to say I am surprised by them. They taste nothing like I expected. However, they are better than I was anticipating.If you're looking for a typical "pizza" dust seasoned snack like a pringle or other such thing, you will likely be disappointed.These are very mild. They taste like a good cheese pizza. They are a nice cheese flavor with a subtle herb and tomato flavor along for the ride. Not the overpowering hyper flavored type of snack.I only wish the bags contained more. (Yes even if the price goes up)

I am only rating this four stars because I received the “Sweet Cosmic Chili” flavor instead of the pizza flavor that I ordered. That being said, I did enjoy the Moon Cheese. The cheese pieces are very small to marble sized, and irregular in shape due to the drying process. They resemble cheese curds. The pieces are crunchy and flavorful. The flavor of the Sweet Chili cheese is sweet and spicy, and I could identify it as sweet chili. I appreciate that the main ingredient is white cheddar cheese. Of note, the seasoning contains sugar, tapioca, yeast extract and gum arabic, so this product is not completely free of additives. The spices are onion, garlic and paprika, and these contribute to the overall flavor. I really enjoy these cheese snacks, and this pack is two servings of 180 calories each. The price point is a bit high for the amount of product, but it is a healthy alternative to other snacks.

These have a slightly odd aftertaste that puts them firmly in the realm of some kind of manufactured food snack, just not in a way that you can ignore to stuff more into your mouth. I think they need more salt? They do taste like pizza.

The Moon Cheese Space Spice reminds me cheese curds that have been freeze dried, as they have that same kind of squidgy texture that I love, but they're crunchy. I tried finding out if they are in fact freeze dried, but I have yet to make that conclusion. Either way, all I know is the moisture has been removed, and they're completely shelf-stable which is a go in my book. I got the "Space Spice: Out of this world Pizza" variety, and these have the added flavor of tomato, onion and garlic powders, and is full of cheddar flavor in little, one inch bites. I will say though, the funk on my breath that comes after consumption is not completely welcome in my home. Regardless, I like them and I'll keep on eating them considering the fact that they're high in protein and low-carb. The sodium content leaves some to be desired, but it's definitely lower than expected. Each pouch given is about two servings, and I can probably make that go a little further with the way I snack. Thankfully these are resealable and I can easily toss them in my bag. I'm definitely going to have to try other flavors soon!
