The grains didn't work initially but they sent me another batch.

My kefir grains just never created kefir milk. I bought them about 14 days ago and the milk just looks liquidy , there is not flavor of kefir.

Excellent customer service. My grains weren’t doing very good since it was so cold when I ordered them. I called the number they enclosed in my order and the seller not only gave me great tips but also send me a new order of grains and they are doing excellent now.

It’s absolutely not like on the picture. I received it in a very small box. I did everything by instruction and it didn’t work. It became like jelly substance in a couple of days and I Just threw it away.
