Q: Can this be used for sound healing?

There are many sets for healing, if you are looking for a chaka healing set, this is not the right one to use. A solar harmonics set consists of 256C, 288D, 320E, 341.3F, 384G, 426.7A, 480B, 512C. Those frequencies are part of this kit, but there are also additional frequencies. B00ES3P2IA consists of the same frequencies as a solar harmonic set.

Q: What is the frequency accuracy of these tuning forks? (0.1 Hz?, 0.5%? etc.)

I am also interested in the answer to this question. As I am looking for tuning forks to calibrate my frequency measuring instruments accuracy is extremely important. I know people vary but scientific instruments should not.

Q: Are these tuned to a certain note? Like A sharp, D flat?++

They are tuned to frequencies and designed for health benefits rather than for tuning musical instruments. So they are tuned in Hrz. I ordered a few different sets and enjoyed working with them. If you are looking for musical tuning, then specify that in your search.

Q: Why is there a cancer warning on the box?

I didn't see any warnings but you might be in California. Considering the fact that California banned straws...plastic may be the problem used in the packaging. California ballot initiative Proposition 65, the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986.
