Q: Are these Norpro seafood scissors marked "norpro" on the blade?

No markings anywhere ! For home use, I clean 30+ pounds of shrimp a year & they work just fine !! Warm soap & water to clean. Still sharp & HIGHLY recommended !!!!!

Q: Is this effective on cooked shrimp?

I have never used it on cooked shrimp but, I don't see any reason why it would not work equally well as on raw shrimp.
