9/10. Good for slightly experienced pilots. Nice plane.
Great rc plane! 9/10 Overall it’s good. The batteries included work well and have about a 5.5 minute run time before they FAIL. When I say fail I mean almost all power cuts and the plane loses insane altitude. It’s not horrible if you set a timer while flying. Not a con or pro. It flies really well and cruises softly. It can do inverted high Alfa rather well and rolls nicely. Loops need plenty of airspeed prior to rotating. The landing gear is nice AT FIRST. After hard landing and such it bends. Once you rebend the gear back into place enough, it SNAPS. The replacement gear is really cheap though ($4.99). The wheels are nice and fit into the scale. They can land on rough concrete/asphalt, but can’t do grass or gravel. The rudder is dampened once the motor is activated: meaning it has limited range of motion and is slower than the elevator and ailerons. It is nice to do coordinated turns with the rudder. Its durable to a point, and so many crashes and glue repairs, it loses it mobility. It gains weight and feels more sluggish. The ailerons rip off and have to be glued on eventually. I don’t have the correct means of repairing the ailerons, so they are now permanently flaperons. Anyways, very nice airplane, If you nose dive into the ground, do it over sand, thick grass, or anything soft; ANYTHING BUT CONCRETE. I have been lucky. The motor withstood many nosedives into concrete. Eventually it broke. I had spare parts and constructed a new motor. 9/10

Bad unit
This is probably an awesome plane. Unfortunately, the one I received had a faulty aeleron servo which would twitch severely when commanded to move. Credit to Amazon, they refunded me in full. I might try to order another one; we'll see.

Overall great value!
Props we received not manufactured sufficient to keep prop on under normal operations. Props snap off too easily. Bought replacements that stay on better. Overall the plane is a good value. Suggest if you are a novice to aviation that you get a mentor, tutor. Learn the essentials of aeronautics and flight dynamics, controls. Keep the power on the lower end and keep the plane in front of you. Work on slow level flight and turns. Power down when going downwind, power through turns.

Warning Get Protection
Broke after a few crashes. It hesitated to turn and crashed into a sign. totaled now. If you are a beginner I suggest you get protection. I got protection and so now I'm getting my money back. If you have flone an rc plane before this is for you.

Excellent, small trainer!
I have a commercial license, but have never flown an RC plane. I found the beginner mode, worthless. It took full stick just to rotate on takeoff! I just use the expert mode now, it gives the proper control movement, for the plane. It can take some abuse and still fly. Everything works good and easy to figure it out. It's fun to fly, but it doesn't turn very well, trying to taxi.
