Quick shipping. I have very reactive, sensitive, rosacea skin. So I have to be very careful with what I use and when I use it. This is a nice unscented milky toner. I appreciated that 2 sizes were available. I got the small one to try. The toner is gentle and slightly moisturizing. I just started using it so I can't comment on long term effects. If you like products with rice ingredients, this is a nice choice

I love the toner so so much. It feels good on my face and dries down nice. The only reason I’m not giving this a higher rating is Vegas’s the actual product container sucks. It’s leaked idk how many times and I’ve lost so much product. I travel often and I can’t count how many times this I opened my cosmetic bag and found half the bottle gone because it leaked randomly.

So far so good! Been using this with my nighttime routine on a daily basis! I really love it!
