Great looking tea maker with an amazing customer service
I am going to write the most honest review of this product here. The design of this tea maker is awesome. When I opened the box I loved it. The glass teapot is in a good quality and easy to clean. But what surprised me was the fact that the kettle contains FDA approved plastic material inside. I am not ok with any kind of plastic material cooking dishes. That's why I returned the product with a lot of respect without a single use. The customer service is amazing though. I received my refund immediately and exchanged a couple of emails with the seller explaining our reasons.

Very Very Bad quality
I am not happy at all with this product. I am going to return it because of the followings;- Tea pot broke within first 1 day when it was supposed to keep the tea warm!!- Kettle lid quality is so cheap and it is very difficult to fill water in the kettle!!!- It is not going to be turned off when it reaches to the boiling temperature!!! Therefore it is not safe at all!!All the above happen during the first week since we received it. We are not recommending anyone to buy such a cheap and low quality stuff!

The kettle for boiling water stopped working after couple of months, disappointing.... would not recommend

Terrible quality
Don’t waste your money!I just bought this product since it looked better compare to others however the number to the quality of product is really ZERO.

Stopped working, don't bother
After three months, the electric kettle stopped working. Hoping we can return it for a refund. The best tea maker like this ever made was the Russell Hobbs, but they seem to no longer make them. Too bad. No others compare.

It doesn’t automatically turn off.
It looks good but most the time it does not turn off and we need to switch it off by hand because it does not automatically do it.

It stopped working after a month of regular use. Not recommend at all.

Cheap product .
This is the second time I bought this set ! The first time water kettle stoped working . Second time did the same thing . Is doesn’t last more than few months before breaks down . I am totally unhappy - they should remove it from Amazon site . It’s horrible product.
