This is the best blending creatine I have ever purchased. I have tried many different kinds and was pleasantly surprised by the quick mixing and the taste.

2nd day with the product and it's been really good. I like that it combines the energy + electrolytes+ creatine. I was mixing 2 or 3 things to get that before, so this saves time. The flavor is really good as well, not too sweet but sweet enough. I wanted to try the blue raz lemonade but I was looking for a good morning " juice" blend so I got the orange/mango and glad I did

This is a good product for someone who is just starting to use products like these but if you're someone who has taken any type of pre-workout before this probably wont have any or very little affect on you. The flavor is exactly like it says which I got the snow cone one and it tastes good! It does not dissolve as easily because of having creatine and electrolytes in it compared to regular pre-workout. I think the price of this is pretty fair considering you are getting a multi-functioning powder for a 30 day value. Overall if you're someone who doesnt need a lot of caffeine and would like the extra benefits in one item this is perfect for you!

I've been using Rule 1 Charged Creatine for a few weeks now, and it's been a mixed experience. On the positive side, the energy boost is noticeable. The combination of creatine and natural caffeine sources like tea and guarana gives me a good push during workouts without the jitters I get from some other pre-workouts. The inclusion of electrolytes is a nice touch, especially for longer sessions where hydration becomes crucial. I haven't experienced any stomach issues, which can sometimes be a problem with creatine supplements. However, the Snow Cone flavor is quite sweet and artificial-tasting. It's not terrible, but it's not something I look forward to drinking. Mixing it with more water than recommended helps dilute the sweetness. Also, while the product claims to support muscle size and strength, I haven't noticed significant changes in that area yet. It might be too early to tell, or perhaps the effects are subtle. Overall, it's a solid product for energy and hydration during workouts, but the flavor might be a deal-breaker for some.

I'll start with what you don't get with this pre-workout supplement, which is a pump enhancer and a muscle sparer. I add some citrulline malate and BCAAs and I'm good to go. What I like about this is that it has 150 mg. of caffeine (no caffeine anhydrous), which is a perfect amount for me, plus excellent amounts of key electrolytes, without overdoing it. You get 25 mg. of magnesium (which I take at night as well) plus 160 mg. of sodium (again, a good amount, where some supplements give you double that). You then get the main ingredient, 5 grams of creatine from three different sources. I really like this because, for whatever reason, I often forget to take the creatine. I think because you can basically take it whenever, so long as you take it, but in any case, this supplement ensures I get my creatine in pre-workout (which I do think is better than any other time). Finally, I like a good, new flavor as much as the next person, and this snow cone, though artificially flavored, is really fun and delicious. You get 30 servings in a jar for a good price. I'm using this pre-workout only, which is three or four days a week, so a good value for me. It shakes up really easily in a shaker cup. I haven't tried just using a spoon to stir it in, but it seems like it dissolves easily in water.
