Supportive
Bought large and it’s supportive without being tight. That said I wouldn’t wear all day. I wear for Tai Chi and Ballroom dance classes. One hour. Find it aids my balance too. I’m 5’10” 13:10 overweight but quite slim legged. I may buy a x-large too for comparison.

I'm getting used to it
It's a little uncomfortable but I'm getting used to it . I'm also not sure if it's doing any good. I'll ask my physio. It's also very large. For me that's good but I have seen people moan in the comments about the size. So in this case large means large.
