These are so delicious. I have no idea how they pack so much delicious into one little thing that contains vitamin B 100 these kind of vitamins usually smell awful and they taste awful. Not this one. This is really worth your money because I’ve checked the amount of vitamins on the back and they are exactly the same as the pills. They’re very comparable. They hold about the same milligrams as those nasty tasting pills so I would definitely recommend these. The only drawback is the expense. They’re more expensive than pills.

I have had recent surgery so I've had a lot of blood draws. Once I started taking these yummy chews it didn't take long for my very low number to climb closer to what my doctor wants to see.

Got these for my wife. She has a hard time with pills and B Complex tablets tend to be large. These gummies have a good dose of B’s and she loves them.

Great taste and very easy to take. However, if you are clinically B deficient, you’ll want to make sure you’re absorbing this in full measure via blood tests. Methylated B is the way to go for cynical deficiency. I only partially absorbed these due to a prior gastric surgery. However, when I supplemented these with homocysteine X, it helps for stronger absorption. If you are looking to ensure you’re getting your B complex, this is a great choice! It covers the most important stuff and was well-tolerated, and great tasting!

Great taste. I’m bariatric so I just keep them out and take one whenever I remember throughout the day. I’ve been taking them for about a month and have noticed an increase in overall energy., less muscle cramping and hair growth (namely my eye lashes!!)

Started taking these because I can’t stand the smell of the pills. No smell with these! And the taste is ok. Seem to be working and absorbing better than pills as well.

The cubes stick together badly. And tear when you try to separate them. They also dry out... even with the lid tightly closed, the get dry and hard. Not like regular gummy vitamins. Flavor is just ok. But a little weird.
