My daughter suffers from migrains. This works for her. Bought extra so she could switch them out when she had a bad migrain.

I use this for when I have a headache or worse, migraine. The cold helps and the straps are adjustable. There aren't so many gel beads in it that you can't adjust to the shape of your face.I have 3 different "ice masks" to circulate through when I need, but this one is my favorite.

This exceeded my expectations, even though it was exactly what I wanted. It’s so soft and comfortable, delivering just enough coolness to wear for a longer period of time. NO rough plastic edges! I only wish I’d bought this sooner!

I needed something to both calm me down when upset, as well as wake me up in the morning.This does the trick! Wish it stayed colder for longer, but that's not really a possibility lol. When it's on, it's also difficult to do other things (ie "see" without straining your eyes or neck, because the holes kind of cover your peripheral vision).Have had it for a few months now, it just stays in my freezer until I want to use it, and its in good condition and I'd recommend.

I used this for the third time this week and it burst on my face after apparently being cold? I had it in the fridge and then put it in the freezer and was sitting watching tv and felt a weird dribble of fluid near my eye. I took the mask off immediately and washed my face. I saw it had leaked and washed again but a few minutes later checked it and a big blister reaction had occurred. Wtf. Normally if I saw this I’d be like “looks like someone wants a refund or another product!” But seriously this is such a mistake. Don’t bother.

Haven’t gotten to test how long it stays cold or hot for yet, but I do love that the eye holes are cut out and it feels fairly soft
