Not tart and pretty bland
Not very sweet or tart which is what I was hoping for. I guess it has a tangerine flavor but it's kind of bland. I tried using it as a drink mix and it doesn't do much. Maybe in baking it might be better but not for drinks.

Perfect meat tenderizer.
This stuff is fantastic. I use it as a meat tenderizer, and it works great. The enzymes in the natural pineapple works better for tenderizing meats than anything, but before this product was available I would need a fresh pineapple. Canned pineapple will not work. The process and preservatives in canned and bottled pineapple does not have the enzymes that work. This is spray dried powder that has no preservatives, just the natural pineapple with the enzymes fully intact. Just a teaspoon of the powder in a ounce of water was all it takes to tenderize a brisket that was tuff as boot leather.

NOT ORANGE, maybe Guava
Highly disappointed. This was NOT ORANGE. Tastes like guava. Very tropical, not citrus. No returns or replacements available for the product.

The taste is fairly decent, but it clumps up.
I wanted to try kiwi powder for making juice, I don't know, this product doesn't specifically say that it's for juices in the title, so maybe I was going out on a limb. The powder adds a nice kiwi touch to drinks, but it tends to clump up, and it's not so easy to un-clump it. The product could use some sugar, which can be added when you mix the drink.
