Great customer service when I needed assistance registering the warranty. Fast delivery after a friend suggested I try this instead of using toxic chemicals in my house with 2 large dogs. This is now the third time I have been bitten by black widow spiders in the past 3 years and we have never been able to find any webs in the house. I have seen them outside and we were able to get rid of them from time to time. This last incident was the only time I actually saw the spider, but the bite with the obvious fang marks as well as the symptoms were the same each time, and not fun, to say the least. So now I know at least one of them came from inside the house. Time will tell if these get rid of the spiders. I have never really had any problems before with any other insects. These were easy to set up; just plug in to the outlets in several different rooms. Certainly worth a try.

I've used similar products and honestly don't know exactly what to look for. When I purchased these I had began seeing tiny ants in a couple room throughout my business. I began using them the day that I received them and after a 10 day period I took the time to reassess. Searching high and low I wasn't able to see any evidence that I had an ant problem previously. It seems the effectiveness of this product is no joke. Who knows? Maybe the ants picked up and decided to move along to a different location, either way the timing coincided with the arrival of this product. It would be remiss of me to give the credit anywhere other than this product. Aside from the ants, the one off fly or bee situations have been fewer and fewer. I definitely recommend giving this product a try - especially with such a great price. Each unit seems well assembled and they do not emit any noise whatsoever.

Super happy that I decided to buy these! It hasn’t been too effective with spiders but I’m blaming the summer time weather for that. I have not seen any water bugs or (what I think) are roaches since using them. I use them in one area of the house but I haven’t seen them anywhere else. Thank you so much!

Not sure if they work, first off. My mouse problem is gone, yes, but I'm not sure these guys were responsible for fixing it.I do not hear any noise from them, which is nice, as I have, at times, weird superhero-level hearing and I complain about noises coming from electrical things that nobody else can apparently hear.I will say though, the box containing these was shipped in a poly mailer (ooof!) and wasn't even closed when it arrived. Additionally, the units didn't seem to be...fully assembled? Like I had to push them together so the housing clicked shut. And they had weird residue on them (+somebody's fingerprints!!) which makes me vaguely worried about quality control, manufacturing location, materials used, exposure to ????I don't know. But I mean, the mice are gone, and that's fabulous anyway. If they could get the squirrels out of my porch roof, now, that would be a miracle.

I purchased these to reduce the number of insects in my home during the peak Spring and Summer months. After plugging in the repeller, I saw an uptick of spiders and other crawlers which must have been hiding in my home. Once the initial wave had passed, I haven't seen a spider or centipede in my home since! The ultrasonic frequency does appear to draw out/ agitate the pests so that they reveal themselves. It also seems to keep additional bugs out. As a bonus, the devices are easy to install, have sleek/ subtle design, and function without creating any disturbing lights or sounds.

Bought this as a gift for a neighbor who was overrun with mice after the house next door had an exterminator"pass on" the problem. They have noticed a significant decrease in the number of pests already. I know it takes more than a few days to vamish the entire population. The neighbors are very grateful for the progress they've seen and will continue to watch for improvement. Our home has used these in yers past for a very limited seasonal issue and have really noticed a difference. Really appreciate not having to use poison or chemicals especially since we have many pets to watch out for,too. Recommend this product!

These ultrasonic pest repellers work great and are "plug and play"! I have noticed a significant decrease in ants, spiders and flying insects in our home which is in a very country setting. I would highly recommend these pest control devices!

We have used these for only a few days now and I have seen a little difference hopefully with more time I can really tell the difference. One thing is that 1 out of 6 did not work when we plugged it in but other then that we haven't had any other issues.
