I accidentally put the bottom in upside down on the tan one. Accidents happen. It seemed to snap together fine. It was only after it was all together I noticed my mistake, and you can't get the darned thing apart again. I managed to get the bottom out, cracked it in the process, and now can't get it back in. Yes, this was my error, but damn. It should have a way to block the error or correct it. Now instead of a garbage can I have garbage.

The product performs well with a sturdy lid that closes tightly and can be locked. Amazon provided excellent customer service; however, each container was shipped separately, so they did not arrive together.

These are great quality! And priced right!

Using these garbage receptacles for garbage and recycling. Because the inside isn't smooth, when I take the bag out to take it to the curb, items get caught on the inside and the container comes apart, so not only do I have to fight with it to remove the bag, I have to put the receptacles back together. These are fairly expensive and I think not worth the effort. I would definitely not buy again.
