Some assembly required at your own guess
No assembly instructions. it's your best guess. Equipment is well made

Mediocre
Inexpensive. The chuck is only held on with pressure so it's difficult to get the bit square and not wobbling as it spins. It also moves when pressure is applied. Hard to get an accurately placed hole.

Good for jewelry crafting
Bought this drill for my mom because she’s been making jewelry for a hobby to keep her active in her golden years. After one day with it she called me and said it’s like using a hot knife on butter. She absolutely loves it. She had been using a battery drill before this (imagine a 77 year old great grandmother putting holes in tiny gemstones with a 20 volt battery drill).

Vice not stable. Sits under my bench collecting dust.
Disastrous vice is die cast and has high tolerances which allows flexing, causing the material to tilt off-angle by about 10 degrees according to my level, and it also moves off-center even with the vice mounting bolts secured. I have gotten around this issue by adding a wooden stabilizer block measuring 10.5mm wide a 24.5mm high by the width of the drill base, and placed it between the vice jaws. The bumpers are concave to help keep material at the apex of the bumpers and thus keeping the material level, but the material of the vice is the weak link in this design. Without the block, the pieces would not remain level. Would I buy this again? No. The press vice is cheap and creates more work because it won’t stay level or still, and adjustment is difficult. Also the plastic bumpers flex and are not level with each other since the vice flexes. If you replace the vice you’ll likely be looking at another $40-$70 for stability. This is not a good choice for small metal objects but would likely work for plastics and wood pieces.
