I have a few old hi 8 Sony camcorders who don’t have much range and this works great to add more field of view. Great bang for your buck.

The quality is average for the price, the lens flare it causes is weird and can cause focusing issues sometimes. Beware it may get stuck on the end of the camera if tightened to much, it's hard to get off when stuck. It fits the camera correct at 37mm. It's pretty light weight. Overall gets the job done for the price.

This wide angle macro conversion lens was a bargain to buy and it surprised me with some very good photos with it on my Lumix GF6. The photos taken with the wide angle configuration are very good, but my camera needs to be zoomed a little bit in order to eliminate the black Vignetting at the edge The wide angle capacity of the lens presents a challenge as getting a focus is a bit tricky. The fit and finish is very good. This is a quality accessory and looks like a much more expensive lens. It is really two lenses in one because the wide angle part comes off in order to use the closeup section. That is a good thing, but I took off a star because when the wide angle section is removed so the macro lens can be used the wide angle lens is left without a cap. I bought a Rear Lens + Body Cap Cover with a Screw Mount for Universal 39mm Leica M39 and that gave me what I wanted . This is a 39mm cap and it works perfectly on the rear of the conversion lens when it is separated from the other portion. this lens is certainly worth a try.

VERY BAD QUALITY! When removed from box, found all lens elements rattling inside lens. This was not shipping damage, just very bad workmanship and no quality control. Cheap price, cheap lens. Won't even make a good paper weight!

The price is cheap because it is cheap. Focus is only in the center with major chromatic aberrations in the sides

The product works very well, the sides of the lens can be seen (not much) on the recorded video. However, a simple cropping effect will fix it right up. This will surely allow small spaces to seem larger and give your subjects more space if restricted by walls or other objects. Great product overall and highly recommended!

Works about as advertised. Could be a little wider but does help indoors. Has a bit of a flaring issue when used outdoors in the sun. A lens hood may help as the glass is near the front.
