The fit and work perfectly. Only problem is they smell like Gak. You remember Gak? I know you do because you use a C-pap now. Your back hurts too doesn't it. Yeah mine too. Definitely air these out before you use them, smell goes away after a day or two but if you try to just throw them on and go to sleep you're going to have dreams of 90s nickelodeon.

Works great. Use them as replacements for my resmed P10 pillow mask. They are softer and more plyable than the brand replacments

Very happy with these. I have had a horrible time getting these and someone mentioned Amazon. Should have known! Work great and finally throw away my old ones that were falling apart.

These are just a tiny bit smaller than the Medium size ones from Resmed. They are also just a tiny bit stiffer/less soft. This may not matter to another user -- and might even be preferable to some. As for me, I didn't like them and returned the order.

These are great quality compared the ones you buy from the doctors office. I’d recommend these first same ones less money.

The fit on these is terrible which allows air to escape. This renders the product unusable. It doesn't seal where it snaps into the armature.I have used many nasal pillows including other non-Resmed and that at least worked somewhat; this one doesn't.You can't return a product of this type (once you attempt to use it) so I had to throw in the trash.Don't waste your money.
