Hale breathing aids work!
I love these! My sensitive skin cannot tolerate any of the breathing aids that stick to the skin. Hale can sometimes be difficult to insert, but swabbing a little Ayr saline nasal gel in my nose takes care of the problem. The quality of my sleep has greatly improved since I started using this product.

The best disposable breathing product.
This is a great product.First this is very effective, no chemicals to keep your breathing safely. Unlike some other nose asparagus this one armor is not painful like other similar products.Also it will not move on is on during the night stiling on your forehead.Believe me you can take a shower with it it stay were it supposed to be. Clean your skin with denatured alcohol and let dry before applying

Breathe Better After Septoplasty
I recommend these to anyone with a septum deviation or anyone experience breathing difficulties. I wish they lasted longer, but not a problem. They still typically last 3 months.

Bestt internal nasal dilator I've used yet
Very good value product does help quite a bit and can be very comfortable. I understand why some people say it's totally uncomfortable or does it fit but I think those people need to play with it a little bit more to get it to be comfortable I know it took me a little while to get it right. That's it it doesn't open up my nasal passages quite as much as intake breathing although I do prefer it during the daytime when at work and such so that I don't constantly keep getting asked about what I'm wearing on my nose as it is unmutable compared to the intake breathing system.Also I know you're supposed to only using for 30 days or whatever I did notice that some of them were losing their springiness over time but I just rolled up some tissues and let it hold it open and I found that the screen is returned so your mileage may vary but these may last indefinitely.

Works really well.
These things really help open my nasal passages allowing me to breath much easier through my nose. I really like the materials. Does not irritate my notes like others have. I use every night.
