Hello. thank you for your question. Our lollies are made with honey, lemon and ginger. The lemon stimulates the saliva to help you control gag effect you feel when you want to throw up, the ginger helps calm upset stomach. You should take it when you start feeling nauseas. It should last you as long as you’re sucking on it. When I fly, usually 1 or 2 do the trick for me. I hope this helps. But feel free to reach out agian should you have any further questions.
