Guessing the return and to be sold stack were the same, because the fep was 100%, very obviously used when delivered. The tape was cut, the vat still had bits of resin on it, no protective sticker/screen to be pulled off and the fep was scuffed up to heck. No option to return, and the AnyCubic support kept trying to diagnose a printer problem, vs just reading that I ordered a replacement vat with a pre-installed fep, and got a used one... Overall, not sure if its a 100% scam, or I just got an unlucky order. But a heads up to all that I had to order a replacement fep to install manually anyhow, defeating the purpose of this purchase. UPDATE: Tried to buy another one, so I didn't have to go through the hassle of manually replacing a FEP, and they sent the wrong pre-installed FEP. I have an M5S, with the high speed ACF fep. Ordered the M5S replacement vat, and got the regular M5 with the non-ACF fep. I don't know if this is the fulfillment center, or just that they send out random units from a pile. Giving this one last chance, before I give up and try replacing the fep myself again. Which realllllllllllllly sucks. Part of the reason I bought this unit was because they sold replacement pre-installed FEP vats. Figure it out please, and just send out the correct units and not used....

I've stuck with your company for numerous reasons in the past, but now my patience is starting to wear thin. I'd been buying the replacement FEP sheets and doing it myself, but would have failed prints such as not sticking to the build plate and sticking to the bottom of the vat, half printed objects, a leak in the vat so resin is on the protective sheets, so I decided to replace the entire vat. It's lasted a month or two, but now, I'm back to the same situation. Now, I have to decide whether to get a new vat and continue 3d printing or find some other solution to the problem with some of the newer machines.

This came in with a clear plastic. There is NO ACF film as it states.
