FLYBIRD 4D Vibration Plate Exercise Machine

I like the machine but you lied about the weight it can handle . You say in the add it’s good for people weighing 500 lbs !!! That’s why I bought this one . The book it came with says it’s good go 350 lbs . Not happy you had to lie

After a year of regular use, a squeak developed. While investigating, I found a small broken weld, but was otherwise very impressed with the quality of the build. No wonder they offer a lifetime warranty! This thing is built to be sturdy and last. The company was very responsive and fixed me up promptly. It’s nice to find a company that stands behind the quality of their products.

I purchased this FLYBIRD 4D Vibration Plate primarily to help increase bone density. I haven't used it long enough yet to measure results for that specific goal. I will try to update my review when I can get some result. Meanwhile, the machine is working as advertised and so far, I’m pleased with my purchase. The triple motor system with 4D vibration modes (oscillation, linear, and pulsation) provides a great workout experience. I appreciate that it operates quietly and feels stable during use. The 7-in-1 mode combinations give me plenty of variety in my sessions—so many that I’ve only tried out a few so far. What really sold me on this model was doing my research first. After consulting with a friend who’s knowledgeable about vibration plates, I made sure this one has the right Hz range (5.2Hz-40Hz). I had a bad experience years ago with a different plate that made me feel sick, but this FLYBIRD doesn't cause any discomfort. I actually feel great after using it. I love the cool lighting effects! The remote control is convenient, and I was really pleased that it came with color-coded resistance bands. Overall, excellent quality for the price point.

This thing is awesome, great to loosen the legs up before workouts and great for soreness after. I originally bought it for lymphatic drainage but found that it helps my legs and hips even more.

I absolutely love this product. It is high quality in both its frame and feature. When I first hooked it up I went by the instructions and connected it with my phone and got the remote out made sure it was right. Then I did some music with my phone normally set up to play with some tiny speakers in the room. I knew it sounded different and it was completely coming from another room. I looked around for where it was coming from and the music was coming from the actual vibration pad. I laughed so hard because I had no idea there was speakers in the vibration pad. And I tell you what the quality of the speakers is pretty darn good for being jostled around all; the sound the sound is stable
