My family liked this Pozole. I know how to make my own, but I wanted to try these bombs, and it did not disappoint. I have re-ordered it also. I used two bombs (the entire package) 1 lb. pork trotters, 1 lb. pork neck bones, and 4 lbs. pork roast cut up into pieces. 2 small cans of hominy like the package says. The next time I will use the large can of hominy. There was plenty of broth, and it was tasty. My daughter's boyfriend loved it.

When I ordered this, I was skeptical because I tried to make pozole before, too many ingredients to buy and prep was so hard and it was the last time I tried to make it. This recipe was so easy, oh my God it is better than the restaurant. So good!!! I definitely am buying more and try the other other spice orbs to have. If you like pozole, this is a must try, you won’t be disappointed!!

We used to live on the southern border and pozole was my go to comfort food. Sadly I haven’t found a restaurant near me in NYC that makes anything similar to authentic. I don’t have the time to mess do all the prep of roasting pumpkins and various papers.This product isnt the real deal, but it tastes good and evokes my favorite flavors. For a busy caretaker of a disabled person, anything crookpot with no time in the kitchen is great, so I’ll be buying this on repeat.

If you don't know ez bomb... then search it up. Plenty of recipes and a few different flavors that will knock your socks off!! I used this one and followed a recipe for a delicious chicken Ramen bowl using these flavor bombs.

Excellent option, good flavor. Lacks spice so you will have to add heat.

Hands-down recommend if you are a person that likes to make things homemade this taste just homemade

I’m Mexican so my expectations are high. Making homemade pozole is time consuming so I figured I’d try these bombs out. Does it taste exactly like abuela’s pozole? No. But is it the best next thing? Yes. It’s really good. I used skinless, bone-in chicken thighs, and used 1 box of chicken stock and the rest water, boiled it all with garlic and onion. I also put some Mexican oregano in. It was awesome!!! Next time, I will use low sodium chicken broth because these bombs are quite salty. So if you’re making this, DO NOT ADD SALT! Boiling the meat with the chicken stock, fresh garlic cloves and onion with the addition of Mexican Oregono made it taste more authentic and homemade. It is spicy too! Not hot but it has a kick so prepare for that. I placed it all in a crockpot on high for 4 hrs and it was perfect. Hope this helps.
