My application is limited to use on a new Mercedes Benz SL 550 roadster - GYEON Leather Shield - was applied to Mercedes custom "Designo Deep White NAPA leather" - read snow white - Fully ventilated driver and passenger seats - Fluid was applied as instructed and allowed to dry overnight - The car is not a daily driver - however I do drive it 2 or 3 times per week - Further -I have worn everything form dark suits, surgical scrubs, jeans and black slacks - my wife wears jeans often and has been a passenger as well as a driver - So far - aprox. 6 months of use, 5K miles, GYEON has preformed flawlessly - no stains, no discoloration - Hopefully your experience will be as positive as mine - Dr. R. Q: How does this work with heated and cooled seats due to the perforations?

I used this product on a 2020 Mercedes with perforated, heated and cooled seats with no issues. Been about 3 months since application.

Q: How long does this need to dry before I can sit on the seats?

It drys to the touch in approximately one hour. However, Gyeon recommends not using the vehicle for 12 hours after application. I am very pleased with this product and have installed it on a couple of my cars. It is very easy to install. But preparing the seats by cleaning them in advance is important.

Q: Can this also be used on Suede/Alcantara leather?

This should not be used on Suede/Alcantara. I would recommend something like Gyeon Fabric Coat for that.
