Works great. No smell or smoke. After many hours of use I finally had to buy one filter. We'll worth it to be able to use my laser in my house.

Wow, it’s good product made, that’s easy to assemble and install, I am really happy. I have no smell in my room after I using this whenever I am doing engraving. This start automatically, and you can put anywhere in your room. It looks good, it’s little expensive, but it’s worth, I have no worry to turn off and turn on just going continue. I recommend by this one.

Customer service for xtool is excellent and they provide feedback quickly and with extra information to help you resolve your issues. I really like using the A2 especially for acrylic cutting and so far I have had projects with acrylic, rubber, tumblers and wood. The wood cutting puts out alot of smoke so as with any laser you will need a good amount of fan and filter to disappate the smoke. The A2 does work well to decrease the smoke with new prefilters. Replacement filters are not expensive for the amount of filtration it provides. Although I have my laser in my garage, The A2 eliminates the odor and and smoke very well, I feel that I could use it indoors.The A2 is easily controlled through the software so you can see the life of each filter so you can keep up with when to replace.Thanks to Xtool for following up multiple times ro make sure that I was taken care of. 👍👍

It doesn’t matter what I’m using my laser for. This bad boy cleans the air perfectly. It delivered way more than I was expecting.

XTool is an amazing brand, and this helps me easily make inside my home without exposure to nasty contaminants that come from making. It does get rid of most of the smell, as well. The size is great, making it fit well under the table my laser is placed on. Easy to use with standard power in my home and the design is very "Apple-like". The only problem I have is that it says it is clogged (which it is not) as soon as you hook up the hose from the tool to the filter, and the exhaust hose out of the filter. I have contacted support and it seems as though the first particulate filter being removed fixes the issue and allows enough air flow to not throw the error. They have sent a second particulate filter and I have run through the troubleshooting steps to solve the issue, but it persists. While they are responsive, it seems there is an issue with the air flow for no reason that cannot be solved. (This machine hardly has any hours on it.)Still works and doesn't seem to be exposing me to anything, though I have bought a second air purifier from Amazon to use in the office, next to this one. Hoping I don't die early from exposure, but would love the peace of mind of this device not telling me constantly that the air flow is blocked and my filtration effectiveness may be reduced.

This device's filtration is incredible. I absolutely don't regret having made this investment. I'm in awe of my health, and I honestly never imagined it would filter so well. The advertising doesn't reflect how magnificent the device is. I work in a closed room with air-conditioner, and I can't smell the smell of the materials I'm cutting and grinding. There's no smoke in the room! Super cool!

This thing is a beast but it really does clean up most of the air. I'd still trying to contain the space around your etching area though, as just putting the pipe nearby, even at full power, isn't going to produce enough vacuum power. If you have a galvo, something as simple as a cardboard box with a hole at the top for the laser beam and a hole on the side for the air cleaner hose will allow it to work 100 times better!

This thing WORKS. And it works WELL. I hooked it up and was doing some coin engraving. In 10 coins, I had to actually pull and clear/blow out the pre filter it collected so much debris. When it's running, there is no scent at all and it keeps the dust captured. It works better than I expected and it's a must-have if you have any of the xtool lasers. Mine's hooked to an F1 ultra and I'm so glad I added this to it.
