This is the second we've bought. We bought it to replace the one we wore out! Very nice, even cooking. Food doesn't stick. Very easy to clean. I love everything about this skillet and will buy it again when we wear out this one. We use it every day.

Super nice pan. Wish I could get some matching pots. Seasoned with grape seed oil and it’s worked flawless. Super easy to wash. Has held up great. Would purchase again for sure.

Best skillet ever (truth!)!!! Nothing ever sticks! You never have to scrub, either. Just wash lightly and it comes clean. Wish I had had this for the first 40 years of my marriage! Would have saved a lot of work. Love it!!!

I have had an 11 inch Green pan for several years, but it's not non-stick any more. The other thing about the pan is, that it didn't have a lid, and none of the lids of my other pans fit it. So, I have been looking for a new non-stick frying pan with a lid. I really wanted to get one made from cast aluminum, not stamped aluminum, because it's thicker and holds the heat better, distributes heat better, less likely to warp, more likely to stay flat on the bottom, and doesn't have those two little shiny rivet heads that always get food stuck on them and are impossible to get clean. After sifting through hundreds of options I finally selected this Vinchef deep frying pan with a lid. I really was looking for a pan that would be shallower, but I couldn't find one with a lid, so I had to get one that was a bit deeper so I could get one with a lid. I noted the comments regarding the pour spouts so the lid doesn't seal completely, but in the time that I have been using it I have not found that to be a disadvantage. The only food that I have got to stick was when I was steaming some broccoli and put some slices of American cheese on it. One slice got up on the side of the pan and cooked there, and I had to scrub it off, but everything else has been very much non-stick. I really like the pan, the only downside was in assembly, the Phillips head screw that you have to use to put the handle on doesn't go in very well. Even though I think I have the screw in all the way, the handle still feels just a bit loose. I'm afraid to screw it in any further for fear of breaking it. So, it works. I like the fact that the pan fits very nicely inside my 12 inch Farberware stainless steel frying pan for storage. I put the glass lid on it upside down for storage, and everything goes in the drawer very neatly. I don't think that red temperature indicator does anything useful, except it fills the hole between the pan and the handle. Overall, I love the pan. It's just exactly the pan I was looking for, excellent quality, I hope that with good care it will last me many years.

I like to use the product before I do a review. I’ve had it about a month and I really like it. I’m glad I did not get the bigger size because this fits my burner perfect. You almost don’t need to put any kind of oil in there because it’s a really good nonstick. It’s very easy to clean and the sides are really high so you can stir what you have in the pan without making a mess. I also like the lid and it has a little hole to let the steam escape. It’s just a really great pan. I bought it as I’ve been trying to eat healthier and wanted to have a good pan to make more vegetables in and healthier food.

I wanted a large frying pan that would last me and be big enough to use it for anything I want to cook. This definitely fit the bill. It's extremely well made and the rubber around the lid makes easy to pick up while be surprisingly easy to clean. (I figured food would get stuck there but it really doesn't). The heat distribution is great and my food never sticks. It looks great but it also seems to be really scratch resistant. I've had it for over a year now and it looks and works as good as the day I bought it. Love that little temperature indicator. It lets me tell at a glance how hot it is without sticking my hand on it to check.

No problem with the pan scratching or food sticking. We use it on our induction stove for eggs, meat, and stir fries, and they all come out beautifully. There is a very even heat distribution, and the lid is an added bonus. This is a company that makes a good product and stands by it. Would definitely purchase again.
