Really works well
I really like this massager. It helps with my lower back pain. It has more than met my expectations. My only complaint is the instructions are not great but with a little experimentation I figured it out.

It's okay, probably better for taller people and you have to have a good chair to sit it in
I have had this massager for several months, and I hardly ever use it. It's big, clunky and heavy, although it is nice to have around in a pinch if I am really sore and achy. It doesn't fit very well into any of my chairs. And the back is much too tall for me (I am 64" tall). So, it doesn't reach the spots on my shoulders that need massaging the most, unfortunately. If you are a taller person, even by just a couple of inches, I would recommend this product, but for petite people, it's not the best. And yes, I have the neck adjusted to its lowest level of reach. If shoulder pain is your issue, look for something specific for that. This is better for lower and mid back massage.

Great for my tight back
Great product. Good massager and heat. Really relaxed my lower stiff back. I would buy again tomorrow!

Pretty good
Works well. Slightly heavy. Seat is moving in sofa. It seems it needs some non slip pad under the seat.

Very well built massager.
Tried a friend's and had to have it. Love everything about it - with one possible improvement: make an option for the speed that the rollers rotate when on shiatsu mode. Sometimes when you want to relax, you need it a bit slower to calm your nerves.My back with other massage pads has experienced a tickling sensation, but not with this one. This one is pure joy.One note, you'll want to lay down a towel under the bottom of the back section in order to protect your furniture from the hard surface poking into your upholstery.It feels very sturdy. Works for me: 5'7" and husband: 6'2".Enjoy!
