Q: Can i size down a wedding ring from 7 to 6.5?

It appears to adjust the ring by a half size. Using a set of ring size gauges, I find that it sized my ring down from 10 to 9.5.

Q: How does it stay in place? Adhesive?

There is some type of adhesive that holds it in place. But there is no sticky residue. Have been wearing one for over a week and I don't even notice it's there.

Q: Can you layer 2 strips, 1 on top of another for a full ring size difference?

I tried it and it did not work layered.

Q: Does this make your ring sticky once product removed?

I don't know if it would make your ring sticky. I haven't removed mine but, you can always use alcohol to remove the stickynezs
