Good quality, but ashes make a mess
It's a good quality product, but with slight design flaw. The base is raised, so when you open it up the ashes can be blown all over the place if the AC is on 😅

Beautiful Incense Holder, but it arrived broken
3 starts since the incense holder is beautiful, but it arrived chipped around the base. I did not send it back since it is still functional, however I was very disappointed that my purchase was damaged.

Beautiful piece but 1 issue.
Ok, just as said in comments the incense will not stay straight up. You have to put 2-3 additional broken ends to hold up. Or burn 2-3 at time. But the craftsmanship is made with superior precision. Beautiful piece. Can also use for cones and candles. So 4 stars for the stick incense issue.
