This is essential for long walks or any time where you may be limited to water or the heat is high. I often use it to stay hydrated during summer in the UK. It makes you feel as though you are being hydrated and you feel revitalised. The flavours are all good and Liquid IV does a good job of not making the water powdery like other rehydration supplements.

I’m 21 I have the biggest sweet tooth anytime someone says “this is too sweet for me” it never is for me, I love sweetness, I went for passionfruit flavour thinking it would be fruity and sweet, it’s unfortunately not drinkable, when I say sweet I mean you feel sick after the first gulp it’s that sweet can’t even describe just how sweet it really is. I’ve tried adding more water after drinking half the glass (by force and will power) and it made no difference to how sweet it was, I’m never buying this flavour again, too soon to tell if it’s working as only managed to finish one glass with it by adding a ton of concentrated cordial juice to the water and powder mixed, which isn’t healthy to do, I’m hoping another flavour will be better so I can get the benefits without nausea and have to like hold my breath add a ton of juice and refill the water half way to be able to drink one.
