I frequently create custom accessories mounted in the heavy ABS plastic pinfox boxes. They're difficult to cut meter and control holes for, and I've been using a flush cutters and xacto knife. This flush end cutter has made my work a lot easier. I can reach inside and cut off a mounting post I don't need, and I get it all, without wasting time with the regular diaonal cutters. It's sharp, and the ends meet well. I had to return another brand I bought earlier because it was garbage and wasn't actually a flush cutter as listed. THIS one is, and works well. Highly recommended. May not be suitable for hard materials - I only need t for plastic, but I bet it would work for other things like PCBs.

It's a good little pair of pliers for lifting surface mount components off of boards when resoldering. Works well for trimming 3d prints, too.
