Yes. This is an absolutely amazing product. I took it for 5 years. This is the only 5-HTP I would take again. I tried one other from Costco once and it gave me more anxiety than I started with. Best of luck.

Lidtke products are excellent. I took it for 3 years and was very careful about additives. There is no gluten as far as I know. I hope this helps. Goodluck!!

Shop around. The Amazon seller I bought from accidently sent me regular L- instead of L- Complete. I notice a big difference in the two products and was pissed. They were apologetic and said it wouldn't happen again. I can't make a specific recommendation - LuckyVitamin, the online supplement retailer I used to buy them from doesn't carry the product anymore. But do a bit of research.
