Q: Is this compatible with alexa speakers? meaning can it integrate with my echo plus and play at the same time like multiple echo's can?

This Sept 20, 2018 article from Amazon talks about it and says the Polk Commandbar will be able to be added to multi-room music. But I can't tell if it has happened yet. In fact, with this new SDK any manufacturer of Alexa enabled speakers will have the ability to do so. Q: The soundbar has 4k support, but do i still need a 4k fire tv to watch in 4k or the regular fire tv stick would also work for 4k?

You will need a Fire TV stick that is 4k. The bar will not upscale 1080p to 4k.

So am i going to need a fire stick for the sound bar and then another for my smart tv. The smart telev has the Amazon app but its performance is slow.
