This is a great product. High quality (a concern after reading some reviews). Fits well over my swollen/sprained hand. Pack of 2 works well since I can alternate between the two mittens. And yes, they do hold a charge - stay cold for a good amount of time. I don't typically write reviews. This product (and accompanying note) deserve - 5 STARS.

I’ve been a massage therapist for 25 years and now have some pretty progressive osteoarthritis in my hands and wrists. These gloves have saved my career, I thought that I was going to have to stop massaging. They aren’t too big and are the perfect fit. They also stay cold for hours! It has become my ritual at night to ice my hands while I’m watching TV. I keep them in the refrigerator instead of in the freezer, and I’m able to keep them on longer. They still almost feel frozen. I love these.

I was having problems with my hands swelling and hurting after work or the next day cause I was using air tools at work for long periods of time. Once I got these they helped a lot I was able to get the swelling to go down quicker and have less pain just after a few minutes of using them. The only thing I didn't like was how cold they would get my hands and yes the cold helped but once you get your hands so cold they will hurt worse so, I could only use them for short periods of time and I recommend using the gloves that come with the ice pack gloves cause if you use them on bare skin they make your hands way to cold.

I had a cast so I had to split the wrist seam but it is nice to have cold on both sides

Stays cold for a long time. Sometimes too cold and having to wait to thaw a bit. Quality good, comfortable, enough room to fit most size hands.

Great product. Easy to use. Stays cold for a long time. Not recommended for really big hands but just fine for an average sized women’s hands.

I bought this for my 82 year old father. He uses them in the morning due to his arthritis. He’s stubborn but really sees the benefits of using them now after 2 months. He was a butcher and carpenter which he used his hands a lot. Played baseball and mens softball too. I recommend them for anyone with arthritis!! I waiting to do my review. Strong velcro, easy to clean, great size!
