Works great for tree saddle!
I use this for saddle hunting and it's my main connection to the tree tethered to my saddle. I weigh almost 200 pounds and it has held me dangling on the tree at times. Quality is great and the lock feature is a plus.

Its Petzl! Clip up no go boom on my head
Im a little upside down on this guy. I mean it a Petzl product but I hate the way the gate opens. I get it, there is just about a ZERO % chance you will inadvertently open the gate but it works(in my gray matter upside down). But it has preformed as expected so far without issue(other than it takes ME a little longer to open).

I trust my life, and my K9's life, to PETZL OK Carabiners with TRIACT-Lock
The company does real safety certifications (some cheap imports are just stamping a label but may not do real testing or have reliable quality design, manufacturing and materials). The product I received is consistent with other PETZL PPE I use in my work. Gear can fail under stress, but a different type of failure and maybe the worst failure is a freak malfunction of a gate lock due to interaction with other components of a system - I've experienced that with other brands and locker types but never with PETZL.
