Really wanted to like this, but it ended up being a total letdown. The materials feel flimsy and not built for serious workouts. The resistance bands offer barely any tension, and the whole setup feels unstable during use.Tried it a few times and couldn’t get a proper workout in — just didn’t feel safe or effective. Definitely not what I expected based on the description and photos. Wouldn’t recommend this if you’re looking for solid home gym gear.

Does the job, not as sturdy as I thought.

This little beauty actually works wonders, I was contemplating to be spending £180 a month for a membership for Pilates classes that I probably wouldn’t commit to and I’m so glad I didn’t because I came across this Pilates board. If you look up online/pinterest on Pilates board exercises you can use this in sooooo many different ways. And it’s soo so easy to use. I am so pleased with it and it was easy to install everything together. I also love that it folds up in half and can be tucked away. What a genius item and it’s so cost affective!! Thank you so much
