This is a good value bottle of vitamin c with slower release. It’s definitely better for my sensitive stomach. I’ve been using this brand in regular release and I have had some aches, but nothing crazy. This bottle is better and a little more gentler. The capsules are large, so keep that in mind. I chose this Vitamin C because it claims to be easy on the stomach. That may be true for many people. I have gastritis and this supplement caused gastric burning in the pit of my stomach every time I tried it. I trust the brand and quality of the ingredients.
