The BPS Invisible Fence Repair Kit - DO NOT PURCHASE THIS KIT UNTIL YOU VERIFY YOU INDEED HAVE A WIRE BREAK. Some things you can try: Reset the system Have customer service run you through a "loop" test to check the box and collar Disconnect the wires from the transmitter box, with an ohmmeter check the resistance on the disconnected wires. If there is no resistance the wires are continuous and there is not a break, but you MAY have a problem with the transmitter itself.
