Supplements can be so mind over matter but I truly feel that Xtend allows me to complete more sets and finish my workouts stronger. The orange is super tasty, I also like the blue razz. Easy to mix, tastes great.

Tastes great. Mixed well. Love it!! Also, you can use about half the serving size and still tastes great.

Absolutely incredible flavor

Been using it for over 6 years. Different flavors many times. I mix it into my OJ at breakfast, and then put another scoop into my drink during work out. Dissolves well, which I like very much. Is it effective? Hmmmm I actually don’t really know. I’m not a scientist or biologist. I take it because it says it works, but I also take so many other supplements and food things to keep me sharp and bulked up and hydrated etc - dunno if this thing does anything particularly special. But for most of the duration that I’ve been taking it with everything else, the totality of it all seems to work, so I don’t want to remove it from my programme. So I’ll keep taking it until it stops working, I guess
