Nice set! Not too stiff (as most are these days) but not too flexible either. Very balanced and easy to use. Great handle design and spatula color. Really thoughtful and complete variety included. Excellent for getting all the batter out of a bowl or all the contents out of a jar. Helps avoid wasting food. All in all, great value. Took some time to arrive, but worth the wait. Thank you!Note re. the confusing term “spatulas”: Although these are called “spatulas,” they’re cold spatulas, made of rubber, so they’re not designed for use on hot surfaces like frying/baking pans! If that’s what you’re looking for, you don’t want rubber!! For nonstick cook/bakeware, limit your search to nylon spatulas; for non-coated cook/bakeware (stainless, copper), nylon or stainless spatulas are OK. It’s always best to refer to your cook/bakeware instructions or a reputable source.
