Had to send it back but can't fault the customer service from malyan people. They even sent a free printer for compensation for the trouble we had with the original .

This is a great little printer. Being a beginner myself is very easy to use and the auto levelling feature is a massive help. Customer service team are really great I have an issue with some dead pixels and they are very efficient in helping and resolving the issue Again i cannot fault the service team they are so fast to respond and very helpful

Absolutely rubbish, impossible to get printer profiles able to print pig on SD card. Will be returning

It’s good but don’t buy spools as you don’t need them you need resin he falsely advertised you need spools

Came in TERRIBLE condition; parts hot glued together, grease everywhere, resin residue everywhere. Liquid (i assume resin) seeped out and corroded the styrofoam shipping shell, which made styrofoam stick to the edges of the machine and corrode the machine itself. The resin reservoir was beyond dirty, clearly used and poorly cleaned. All around terrible, not even willing to see if it actually works.

I bought this thinking it would be a great printer but it would print only to an extent it would start printing and it wouldn’t stay on the printing tray definitely returning it

Leider nur 1 Dateiformat, Software uralt... keine vernünftige Beschreibung..

everything looks good other than the instructions say that theres a sample bottle of resin and there was no bottle of resin at all. have not tested it yet as i jsut got the resin i ordered. will update after i tested it out.
