Good quality ground ginger. Flavor is good, fresh. Nice consistent color throughout. The bag doesn’t have a very good zip lock seal, so I keep either all of it in jars, or whatever remains in the bag, I put that bag in another ziplock bag.

Wow, its got alot of ginger kick. Its ginger in a powder form at best. Easy to put with water and another flavor.

What a great product! And especially excellent value in compared to grating Ginger yourself or even buying Frozen cubes of it. I try to have extra ginger everyday for my health, and this is such an easy form to take it. Good intense flavor, very fresh, I will be purchasing again!

When drinking black tea, I add the lemon and ginger powder that I ordered with it. The ginger scent is soft and slightly spicy, so it goes really well with black tea. It comes with a spoon, making it easy to use. I am satisfied.
