Very effective
These are much stronger then I anticipated. I only take them when I'm not at work and only take 1 capsule at a time. As everyone has stated the cramps are awful and yes it is best to stay close by to a toilet haha. Overhaul these tablets are very effective.

These are very effective - they work.Just be very mindful of staying close to the toilet for the next 24 hours + , also my stomach cramps where severe and kept me up all through the night but definitely emptied me out

Not for the faint hearted!
Not for the faint hearted! This product does work but be prepared to have bad stomach cramps constantly and feeling the urge for the loo every 5 minutes which may not lead to anything. Not sure how people are able to do 15 days on this, I'm only on day 4, and my stomach is more bloated now then before taking it and the pain Is horrific.

Amazing. Definitely worth the money
If u need a big clear out these tablets are for u there amazing.. they do give the cramps but the pain is worth it afterwards u feel so much better. I will definitely be keeping this in stock

Pain is crippling
Day one night. - empty next morning a few times couldn't leave house. i had chronic belly ache all day.Day two night- empty next morning had to go home soon as I eat something. Chronic pain to point I'm cripping over all day.Day three night- not took one and I'm still in chronic cripping pain. Feels like my hole digestive system going fall out of me. Turning cramping shooting pains.Don't think I'd be taking these again .

Be careful!
Be very careful with this product. I've had severe stomach cramps and diarrhea all day. I also feel incredibly sick (not sure if that's just the pain of the cramps causing it). I've given it 3 stars as it obviously works and provides a full clear out. However, kind of wishing the effects weren't so severe.

Work very well
Work brilliantly on me I’ve tried others but these are perfect clear your tummy out and not to painful with the cramps you get definitely will have these again when I need a reset

Stomach cramps are not that bad very minor in my opinion -As Somone who struggled going too the toilet and was always bloated due too backed up waste for years these have worked wonders, absolutely amazing productHad taken 2 before bed and woke in the morning bursting too go, and I was honestly stunned and surprised I must have emptied about 10 KG of waste alone !!!! It wouldn’t stop coming out !! But the relief I felt after was amazing I felt like i could fly !!!If your constipated or suffer from IBS or just struggling too go, I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH BUY THESEI highly advise planning before taking these in advance as you will need a toilet close by after 5 hours of taking them
