Q: Hi, Can you tell me if these are the genuine Kangertech E-VOD/PRO Tank II Replaceable Coils please?

Hi Stephanie, I do not know if they are "genuine" replacements however I have encountered no problems thus far, from reading other reviews I am expecting at least one failure from the 5 coils. Hope this helps :)

Q: I have purchased these and they don't seem to work very well. On research the evod has different ohms options, could this be the reason?

That could be one reason the other could be try when putting the coils in give them an extra tightening

Q: How easy is it to change these ?

Really easy. They just unscrew & you replace it with new one

Q: Are the Kangertech coils loose or boxed?

Usually boxed or at least in bubble container.
