Anthony's Non Fat Milk Powder, 2 lb, Instant, Gluten Free & Non GMO

I've bought this milk powder a few times now because of how useful it's been in some recipes. Sometimes I need milk but am out, and don't have time to run to the store. This powder works perfectly in those situations. It tastes ok by itself, and you do need ot mix it well, but for mixing into a recipe the difference in flavor compared to real milk makes almost no difference.

This is so convenient to keep on hand. I make my own coffee creamer and this fat free milk powder tastes creamy and delicious. I really love it. Anthony’s products are super! I buy their instant coffee, cocoa powder and now … powdered milk.

I made Keto hamburger buns and they were the best tasting and textured gluten free buns we've ever had (celiac household). Youtube Beef Boss recipe: 2 large eggs (or 4 very small eggs) 1 1/2 cups milk powder (ca 140 g) ((I used 1 cup of this non-fat milk powder) 1 tbsp baking powder (ca 13 g) 1. Whisk the eggs and add the baking powder. 2. Gradually add the powdered milk and mix with a spatula until you get a sticky batter. 3. Fill a bowl with water (you’ll need it!) and wet your hands and a spoon. Shape the batter into about 6 small, round buns. If it gets too sticky, wet your hands again. 4. Place them on baking paper and bake for about 11-13 minutes at 350°F. 5. Let them cool and enjoy these delicious carnivore rolls! Tips - If the batter is so sticky that you can’t shape it into balls, even after wetting your hands, add a bit more powdered milk! - Don’t skimp on the baking powder. If you do, the rolls will collapse

So it seems there are empty shelves at the market for bags of dry milk. I bought Anthony’s because I have purchased other products of theirs. It tastes good however you just can’t be in a rush to blend with water or you have plenty of lumps!!! Room temp, hot or cold water results are all similar.

We use this in things like pre-made pancake mix. The quality is great, it mixes in perfectly, and the price is good compared to other brands available at my local grocery stores. I highly recommend this brand and will continue to purchase this item!

I started ordering this powdered milk for all of my bread baking needs in 2021. It is just as finely ground as King Arthur brand & works wonderfully in any bread recipes that call for dried milk.

This powder helps me an extra 8 g of protein to my 25 g whey protein shake powder and 1 cup of 2% milk w/ 8 g for a whopping 41 g shake! That's a healthy dose for 1 serving! The texture is great and it dissolves easily in the blender. Great health hack!

This milk powder has a really good flavor, not that gross, sort-of-sweet, fake flavor some dried milk can have. It just tastes like milk. I keep the bag in my fridge and it's good for months. My husband took it with him on a two-week backpacking trip last summer, and he's planning to do the same thing this summer.
