I can't give dimensions but I can say with certainty that this case is remarkably thin and nonintrusive. Almost as if there wasn't a case on the phone. And yet it totally protects the camera 'bump'. And no... the phone lies perfectly flat when lying face up. I love it! I don't like bulky cases.
