Mobotron Under-Desk Keyboard Clamp Tray Electronic Device Platform

I had this item for about an hour. During that hour, it was fantastic. I was pleased with the quality, with the ease of assembly, and with the perceived sturdiness of it. Unfortunately, it did not work with my desk. The shelf itself should have fit perfectly, but with the support bars factored in, it was just too big. So I loved it while I had it and wanted to love it forever, but I ultimately sent it back. That being said, I would still recommend this product (although I can't speak on how durable it is or anything), and I would buy it again if I had a desk that fit it.

I mean, I kinda expected it, but the plastic of the tray does feel mildly fragile. . . . .and I'm a hazard, so time will tell. I was skeptic of it not fitting correctly on my desk or the clamps being wonky, but neither was the case. The exact opposite, actually.

This was the only tray I could find at this size for this price. It is extremely easy to assemble and install and built like a tank! I needed this size to accommodate the Huntsman Elite gaming keyboard and it fits (with the wrist rest on) literally perfectly, with enough room for a small mousepad to the size (wouldn't recommend this is you have an extended mousepad). It also curves on the end facing you so no jagged edges bothering your wrist when you're using your mouse.Amazing product for the price, highly recommended!

I bought this keyboard because I saw answers coming in that the total distance/height of the keyboard was 4.5 inches, and so I measured that out as a successful height for what I needed. It came in and definitely was six inches from top to bottom, so it was against my knees when I used it. Had to return it unforutnately.Otherwise was just a few screws to install and decently sturdy, would've kept it for what I was going to use it for if it actually was 4.5 inches from top to bottom.

This tray is large which is perfect for my ergonomic keyboard. It was easy to install and I didn't have to drill any holes in my desk. It is very sturdy; doesn't wobble when I am aggressively typing. But please be aware, the tray is NOT adjustable. So, be prepared to adjust your chair and monitor to maintain ergonomics. Since I have short legs, the low position of the keyboard was not an issue for me. However, if my husband sits at my desk, it is too low for him.

I have had this for almost 2 years now. It works great with my glass desk except for one glaring issue. You can't put any weight on it at all because the tray is made of cheap, thin plastic! Not long after I got it, I slightly leaned on it and heard a loud pop and saw a crack. The tray then bowed in the middle. Now over the past 2 years, a crack down the middle has grown bigger and bigger. Soon it will be completely broken in half and unusable.

Purchased a floating desk that attaches to the wall which I really love but there is limited space underneath to screw a sliding keyboard. I purchased two and neither one of them fit. I really didn't want one that bolted from the top with screws underneath but that was my next step. I was able to install it within 5 minutes. It really is not intrusive and it looks great. Be sure it will fit the thickness of your desk. It fit mine exactly but you have to measure and make sure before you order it.

The mounts are awesome. They get 5 stars. The cheap plastic sliding portion has plenty of room for improvement. Feels as if you spend $50 for two mounts, and the actual purpose was an after thought.
