Sweet unit to keep an eye on your air
Purchased to monitor VOCs and particulates for pet allergies. I'm unfamiliar with how the sensors stack up against similar products but this does the job for us. Easy to read and the battery life is decent. My only wish would be an option to color the numerical displays based on the reading. I don't have the ranges for VOCs and formaldehyde memorized so I frequently refer to the booklet. It would be nice to just see a yellow or red number when levels are elevated. A number will flash when a reading is very bad though. All in all, happy with the purchase.

Exploded and started a fire!
Danger. I was sleeping with my baby and had this for almost two months and at 4am I heard a crackle and it went up in flames. I had to throw it outside and the whole house smells like burnt plastic. It was terrifying. Still can’t get the smell out of my house. Cheap electronics. If I wouldn’t have been home it would have burned the house down and if I wasn’t in my baby’s room it could have killed him. Please don’t buy this.

Pretty good - but a weird charging quirk
I have had this device for 1 week and have been testing it.First, the Pros: Good size, nice quality, well organized info, easy to read, and measures many things. When I received it it did not turn on. The instruction manual says if it doesn't turn on the first time it might need a charge. So I charged it for 40 minutes and went to try and turn it on - still wouldn't. I thought I was given a dud. But I kept it plugged in for a few more hours. Later the back of the unit was lit green - indicating a full charge - and it did turn on.After more use I have learned this only turns on at 100% charge. Not 99%, it must be 100% charged. Even if it is actively plugged in. I find this odd and have not encountered an electronic like this before.Once it is turned on you can unplug it and use it wirelessly. But you can't shut it off and on at will without the issue above. When I ran it unplugged continuously, the charge lasted about 36 hours before it shut itself off.I want an air quality monitoring device that I can also use in an emergency scenario where I may not have power for a couple weeks. If I could turn this on and off as needed to preserve battery and only use when I want to check the numbers, it would probably do the trick. But the odd charging configuration prevents this. I am still on the hunt for something that suits my needs.

No indication on how to understand.
I have no clue how to use this thing 🤣 I feel like I wasted my money but couldn't send it back in time for a refund. I don't know how to rate

Excellent deal
Surprisingly good. Bought this, another 100$ unit on Amazon and a name brand 300$ unit. The other unit was a fail due to inaccurate recordings on almost every metric. This device is not only accurate as the 300 unit, but also tracks pm1, pm10, tvoc, and hcho. Which the other high end brand only offered to track one of those for an additional cost at buying an add-on. And this unit is 1/3 the cost so I can afford a few more to place in other rooms and outside in a covered area. I'll continue monitoring the two over next couple weeks indoor and outdoor. If this unit turns out inaccurate by over 10%, I'll update this review.

Inconsistent readings, not what I expected
I was hoping this air quality monitor would give me reliable data, but unfortunately, most of the readings seem inconsistent. The temperature reading is somewhat close, but it still doesn’t quite match my thermometer. As for the air quality numbers — they’re even more confusing. I placed the monitor right next to my smart air purifier, and even when the purifier clearly speeds up due to poor air, the monitor doesn’t show any noticeable or consistent changes.
