Q: If I'm pointing this away from me - is there any danger? I want to use this as a quick method of curing disposables from printing.

As far as I know if it's pointing away from you there isn't any danger. I use ours for curing models as well.

Q: What size are the mounting holes?

Hi， in the handle, middle round hole is 10mm, other 2 oval shaped hole is 8mm, the screw in the light is 4mm

Q: How many AMPs does this light draw?

Power Input: AC 85V-264V, 50-60Hz 0.3A Max,Output: DC:10-27V 300mA+/-5%

Q: Does anyone happen to know if this would cure the UV Resin for casting, not printing?

Yes. I use this for resin casting and it works fine. I use alumilite UV resin.
