Not for tall people. Still decent however
Not terrible but not amazing. Definitely NOT made for taller people it seems like. I’m about 6’6 & it’s to small but I can make it work & still get a workout in.

Good for Beginning neck workout
For the price, it isn’t bad. My only complaint is it is a little big for smaller heads but you can make it work. I’ve only used up to 25lbs with it and it has no issues with that weight. I believe it will be fine for the short to medium term but when weights go up higher, will probably have to get a better made one. For just starting in neck training, it’s a very good deal and should work fine.

My wife hates me now but I'm still making neck gainz
My wife no longer respects me she has lost all hope of every redeeming quality of mine even if it was just a sliver. I regret my purchase and also do not the only problem is I cannot have an emotional attachment to my newly achieved neck gainz, but hey this product does work well I just wish there was a head adjustment strap.
