This book is very well put together. It’s not made cheaply. The author did not spare any expense to use quality paper that won’t tear Like the flimsy pages of other books. You will be very happy if you purchase this book I keep mine within hands reach for just about every need.

My daughter is really trying to eat naturally and find natural home remedies to many health issues that her family may be going through. It explains things well and in an easy to understand manner. Before giving it to my daughter, I showed it to my husband. He spent a couple days looking at it and now he wants one too.I might just get the book for each of my children, that's how strongly I feel about the benefits of this book.

This is a very well-organized book that is easy to understand and use. It has the title of each recipe at the top of the page is large type, thankfully. There is typically one recipe to a page, with color photos, which are quite helpful. The recipes are clear. This book is very generous in the amount of information it provides. I highly recommend it!

This book is good for a novice in working with herbs & spices. I ended up giving this to my daughter who will get better use out of it. as I already had knowledge and recipes of my own a great gift for someone like I said, that is a beginner and learning how to create their own remedies.
